the Yoga Instructor
Hi, I am Jeanne-marie,
My regular yoga practice began several months after a car accident in 2010. It was a gentle way to guide my body back to wellness, while healing. A process of trusting my inner wisdom whilst allowing myself to step out of my comfort zone in a supportive, nurturing environment.
My yoga training was taken with Brea Johnson and Kat Boehm from Heart & Bones ( Canada based ). Yoga is a learning process, with new and different methods continually evolving. Being someone who has always had a curious mind and a healthy interest in the Human Body, Yoga for me is an exciting, changeable movement modality.
I am a seeker of knowledge, of growth, of learning.
Passionately exploring all aspects of the human body, mind and soul.
I believe movement and wellness go hand in hand helping to create a resilient and robust mind, body and soul spirit.
We are endlessly fascinating creatures, full of wonder and delight.
The more we fully participate in life the greater the reward.
I really enjoy yoga sessions with Jeanne-marie.
She creates a great atmosphere for practice at any level.
